ADANCER dazzles at 2007 AHS Summer and Fall Inspection tours.

This summer at Hilton Farm’s inspection on July 16 Adancer by Antibes out of EM Lollipop (Letkiss/Abajo xx/Garibaldi I) earned a total inspection score of  7 and garnered her Elite Eligibility.

In September at the Hedgeland Farm/MAHB Fall Inspection and MPT, Adancer became an Elite Mare Candidate by successfully completing her Mare Performance Test with an overall 7.08.

Liberty Gold foals take Best Filly and Best Colt titles.  Liberty Rose (Liberty Gold x Devine {Diwan x Woermann/Lombard}), owned and bred by Kristi Conroy of Hilton, NY is pictured below with her mom: 

 Low Rider (Liberty Gold x EM Gabrielle {Grusus}), owned and bred by Talley Ruhle of Triad Farm is pictured below at one week old:

October 29 & 30, Hedgeland Equestrian Center, Waterford, VA:

Hilton Farm-bred Angel by Antibes out of  EM Lollipop by Letkiss (Abajo xx/Garibaldi II) was weaned from her foal only weeks before this event.  Nevertheless, the 4 year old mare's confirmation and type made a strong impression on judges Gerd Zuther (MA) and George Walker (SC).  Angel tied for reserve champion mare and gained Elite Eligibility in the AHS Studbook Inspection with an overall score of 7.5.  The following day Angel participated in the MAHB Mare show.  She won her Mares 4 years and Older class, and went on to become mare champion.  At the end of the show she was overall reserve champion.

Dressage at Devon:  Liberty Gold is Crowned Grand Champion!

September 27 - 29, Devon, PA:  

Liberty Gold won seven classes total and earned titles of Champion Stallion, Champion Mature horse, and Grand Champion as well as Cosequin/USDF BC Stallion Champion.

class    4 year old and older stallions, shown under saddle, 1st place Liberty Gold, score 83.9%

class    4 & 5 year old Gelding and Stallion Materiale, 1st place Liberty Gold, score 78.8%

class    Hanoverian IBC, 4 years and older, 1st place Liberty Gold, score 84.0%

Cosequin/USDF BC Stallion Championship, 1st place Liberty Gold, score 86.27

Judges: Dieter Felgendreher, Jennie Loriston-Clarke, Cord Wassmann, and Janine Malone 

Hilton Farm is also proud to announce that Liberty Gold was presented, inspected and approved by the ISR Oldenburg Registry at the Devon Horse Show.  The commission consisted of judges Eckhard Brysch, Dieter Felgendreher, and Helmut Schrant  The judges examined the stallion's confirmation and way of going in hand and under saddle and reviewed Liberty Gold's Stallion Performance Test scores and accepted our stallion into the ISR Stallion Book.

Morven Park Spring Dressage:  Liberty Gold Wins Training Level High score and Overall Grand Champion 

This was Liberty's very first time off of Hilton Farm since he was imported, as well as his very first Dressage Show!

May 7, Leesburg, VA:

Class 4, Training Level, Test 4, 3rd place Liberty Gold, score 73.077%, judge Harriet Peterson (r)

Class 2, Training Level, Test 2, 1st place Liberty Gold, score 78.462%, judge Louise Cox (R)

• 2003 VADA Celebrity Freestyle Benefit Dressage Show June 14, 2003

Held at the historic Keswick Hunt Showgrounds in Keswick, VA, this annual event serves both as community entertainment and as a fundraiser for the Christopher Reeve Paralysis Foundation.  Dressage freestyle riders competed before a panel of both celebrity judges and a licensed USAE judge for prizes.

In 2003 Hilton was honored to have Antibes included in the festivities.  He performed his Stallion Dance exhibition to music (music and coreograpy by Tigger Montague/Spirit Horse Productions) in front of the large crowd of spectators.

• 2003 AHS/VHW Inspection and Mare Performance Test, co hosted by Marefield Meadows was held at Hilton Farm on July 27, 2003.                                For results click here

• GAIG/USDF Region 1 Dressage Championship & VADA Fall Competition, October 16 - 19, 2003, Lexington, VA.  Antibes made his debut at Prix St. Georges placing second in Saturday's large PSG class under judges Janet Brown (S) and Marilyn Heath (S) with a combined average score of 63.25% and received scores of  8 on his gaits

• VADA NOVA Fall II competition, November 15 & 16, 2003 Morven Park, Leesburg, VA.  Antibes made another strong showing in both of his Prix St. Georges classes and wrapped up his 2003 show season with first and second placings under Canadian "S" judge Lorraine McDonald.
